In 2010, Eteract.com worked together with Lunch Actually to create a revolutionary new hybrid dating service that combines the best of online matchmaking with actual face to face dating. The service is named eSynchrony where singles fill up a comprehensive questionaire based on 15 areas of compatibility and then are matched together based on important areas like profile and personality, values and beliefs to even how they manage money.
Once both sides agree to the match, a dating consultant call and screen both parties while coordinating the date so that both parties can meet face to face at a cozy restaurant to determine if there is chemistry and connection. After the date, singles will then login to enter the feedback of the date into the eSynchrony feedback system for the matching to be refined while also finding out from the feedback how their dates pereceive them.
